1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Furry Health platform, including our website, mobile application, and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Furry Health is an AI-powered pet health platform that provides health tracking, food scanning, lab analysis, dental assessments, recall alerts, and a veterinary marketplace. Furry Health is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions.

3. Medical Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs — including food scan results, lab explanations, risk assessments, dental reports, drug interaction checks, and health forecasts — are intended to support, not replace, professional veterinary care. You should never delay seeking veterinary advice or disregard professional medical guidance based on information provided by the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Furry Health offers the following subscription plans for pet parents:

• All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings.
• No refunds are issued for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Vet Marketplace

Furry Health operates a veterinary marketplace connecting pet parents with licensed veterinarians. Marketplace plans for veterinarians:

• Veterinarians keep 100% of consultation fees. Furry Health takes no commission.
• A valid Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) is required for all consultations conducted through the platform.
• Veterinarians listed on the marketplace are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Furry Health.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated pet health data
• Impersonate a licensed veterinarian or veterinary professional
• Use AI-generated outputs as professional veterinary diagnoses or advice to others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform's AI features
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

Furry Health™ is a trademark pending registration by Furry Health LLC. All platform content, design, code, AI models and integrations, and associated intellectual property are owned by Furry Health LLC. You retain ownership of the data you upload (pet records, photos, lab results) but grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furry Health LLC's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
